BRAVE Combat Federation has added another elite fighter to its ranks, signing top Georgian Bantamweight Lasha Abramishvili to a multi-fight deal.
Lasha made an explosive debut at BRAVE CF 85, dominantly finishing Magomed Idrisov. He followed up that victory with another impressive decision win on the regional circuit, earning his place in the world’s most global MMA organization.
Currently riding a five-fight winning streak, Lasha has only gone the distance once in his career, with eight knockout victories to his name. His aggressive style and finishing ability make him a dangerous addition to BRAVE CF’s stacked Bantamweight division.
Georgia’s Quest for BRAVE CF Gold Continues
Lasha’s signing reinforces BRAVE CF’s strong ties with Georgian MMA. Stars like Ilia Topuria, Guram Kutateladze, Bidzina Gavashelishvili, and Raul Tutarauli have all competed in the promotion, but the country is still chasing its first BRAVE CF World Champion.
Raul Tutarauli recently came close, falling short in his Lightweight title bid. With Raul and Bidzina both in contention for gold, and now Lasha making his mark in the Bantamweight division, Georgian MMA is entering an exciting new era.
A Stacked Bantamweight Division
Lasha steps into a highly competitive Bantamweight division led by newly crowned champion Nicholas Hwende, who is set to defend his title against Borislav Nikolic. Former champion Nkosi Ndebele, along with top contenders Hamza Kooheji, Khurshed Nazarov, and Velimurad Alkhasov, are all in the hunt for the belt, setting the stage for intense battles ahead.
With Lasha’s arrival, the division just got even more dangerous.
