Gulf Hotels Group buys Novotel Bahrain Al Dana resort

Gulf Hotels Group (GHG), Bahrain’s leading hospitality management company, yesterday announced completing the acquisition of Novotel Bahrain Al Dana Resort.
The financial transaction was finalized between the Group’s Chairman Farouk Almoayyed and Al Jazeera Tourism Company Chairman Hazem Alshaikh Mubarak.
In a statement, GHG said the property will immediately undergo complete refurbishment along with the introduction of new features and leisure services, given the Group’s extended expertise in hospitality management.
Gulf Hotels Group is a public limited liability company quoted on the Bahrain Stock Exchange incorporated in 1967, under the name of Bahrain Hotels Company.
