TRA's “Qaren” wins Gulf Customer Experience Award

The Bahrain Telecommunications Regulatory Authority’s (TRA) advanced telecom service comparator platform, “Qaren”, has won the Silver Award at the Gulf Customer Experience Awards for best use of technology and innovation category.

The award recognizes Qaren's contribution to enhancing of customer experience through the innovative use of technology.

The award was presented to TRA at a ceremony in UAE “Dubai”.

Qaren driven by Artificial Intelligence enables consumers to make choices that best suit their needs and preferences, whether it is for mobile plans, broadband plans, roaming add-ons, or even mobile devices.

The service is completely free and available to all telecom users in Bahrain.

Shaikh Abdulla Bin Humood AlKhalifa, TRA Director of Consumer and Communications, expressed his delight at receiving the award, saying that Qaren is an important tool for empowering consumers to make informed decisions about their telecom services.

He encouraged all telecom users to try it out and take advantage of its benefits.
