Apple, Netflix co-founders to address Arab International Cybersecurity Summit 2022 in Bahrain

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Arab International Cybersecurity Summit 2022 will be held on December 6-8 2022 with impressive speakers heading the summit. The event is being organized by Faalyat and Messe Frankfurt, which will take place at the Exhibition World, Manama, Bahrain. 

The 3 day event will feature world class content, global headline speakers including Steve Wozniak (Apple) Mark Randolf (Netflix), Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti (Head of Cyber Sec Council, UAE) and many more that will attract thousands of CISO’, CTO’s, CIO’s and cyber professionals with real purchasing power. The speakers will tackle on various significant topics which will serve as the largest convention in the region for government regulators, industry professionals and solution providers to discuss and devise strategies to secure their cyber and IT infrastructure. With the central theme as Empowering Global Cooperation in Cybersecurity, the summit will offer a global overview to all aspects of the cybersecurity and information security hierarchy in any organization. 

One of the headliner speakers, Stephen Gary Wozniak, with business partner Steve Jobs, co-founded Apple Computer, which later became the world's largest technology company by revenue and the largest company in the world by market capitalization. Through his work at Apple, he is widely recognized as one of the most prominent pioneers of the Information. The iconic tech company has grown to have a market capitalization of more than $850 billion.

Also joining the Summit are the co-founder of Netflix, Marc Bernays Randolph and Karolina Mojzesowicz, Deputy Head of Unit of the unit responsible for data protection at the European Commission.

During the Summit, the participants will have the opportunity to learn and raise the bar on cybersecurity through greater awareness and education. The Summit will also serve as a call to action, to ensure that all can capitalize on the benefits of the digital domain and to ensure this carries through on the positive opportunities ahead of us.
