Invita to launch Voice Biometrics solutions

In a significant stride towards incorporating Voice Biometrics Technology and a first in Bahrain, Invita Company has signed a teaming agreement with Kaizen Secure Voiz Inc, a company specialising in voice biometrics. The deal integrates the benefits of voice biometric into its contact centre offerings.
