Bahrain Bourse Concludes the First Edition of its Graduate Training Program "Emerging Talents"
Bahrain Bourse (BHB), a licensed exchange regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain, hosted an awards ceremony to conclude the first edition of its Graduate Training Program "Emerging Talents" with the attendance of Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al-Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Bourse alongside the executive management of Bahrain Bourse. The event recognized the program participants who were awarded certificates of completion in appreciation of their efforts and achievements throughout the program.
During the ceremony, eight graduates were honored upon successfully completing the two-month training program. As part of the event, they delivered their final presentations, showcasing their practical experiences, key achievements, and the skills and knowledge gained throughout the program. They also presented a range of innovative ideas and recommendations aimed at enhancing the areas of work in which they were involved.
The “Emerging Talents” Program is designed to provide trainees with a well-rounded training experience that combines practical, hands-on training with professional development and career guidance. Throughout the program, participants gained experience in the capital markets sector while developing the professional and interpersonal skills needed as they begin their careers.
The trainees were placed across different departments within Bahrain Bourse and Bahrain Clear, giving them exposure to various areas of the capital markets and a better understanding of how different functions work together. Participants also received dedicated mentorship and professional guidance throughout the program to support their development and help them explore their future career paths.
