Ministry and Bahrain Chamber Launch Campaign to Update Members’ Information
As part of their joint efforts to advance digital transformation and enhance services for the business sector, the Bahrain Chamber, in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, has launched a national campaign to update members’ information. The initiative aims to establish an accurate and comprehensive database, improve digital services and communication, and support decision-making based on reliable data.
The campaign will enable the Bahrain Chamber to strengthen communication with members through digital channels and deliver notifications, circulars, programs, initiatives, and services more effectively. It will also help align services and support with members’ needs, enhance customer experience, and promote best practices in data management.
Commercial registration holders who are Bahrain Chamber members can update their membership and establishment information online or by phone through a simplified electronic form. The process covers contact details, addresses, establishment information, website details, and the information of the person responsible, helping ensure that the Chamber maintains accurate and up-to-date records.
Several channels will be available for updating information, including links through the Sijilat website and the self-service platform on the Bahrain Chamber website. The process is designed to be simple and integrated with electronic services to facilitate faster completion and ease of use.
Director of the Registration Directorate at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Bader Al Saad, said the campaign reflects the strong cooperation between the Ministry and the Bahrain Chamber in developing services for commercial registration holders. He noted that accurate and updated information will help improve digital services, streamline procedures, and enhance the experience of business owners.
Director of Client Care at the Bahrain Chamber, Fahad Al Shaer, stated updating members’ information will enable the Chamber to communicate more effectively with the business community and develop services and initiatives that better respond to their needs. He reaffirmed the Chamber’s commitment to providing a seamless digital experience that makes it easier for members to access its services.
The initiative supports Bahrain’s digital transformation by enhancing data quality and electronic integration, while an awareness campaign will encourage members to update their information and benefit from the Chamber’s services and initiatives.
