Tamkeen supports over 270 employment and career development opportunities for local talent at Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons

The Labour Fund “Tamkeen” has announced its support for employment and career development opportunities for local talent at Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the position of local talent and make them the first choice for employment in the private sector.
As part of Tamkeen’s Career Development Programs, 195 Bahraini employees across various roles have been supported. Additionally, 78 Bahrainis have been hired and trained through Tamkeen’s various Employment Support Programs.
Tamkeen’s support for local talent at Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons aligns with its 2025 strategic priorities, which focus on enhancing the position and competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector, equipping Bahrainis with suitable skills for career development in the private sector, and prioritizing enterprise growth, digitization, and sustainability.
Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Khalid Al Bayat, Chief Executive of Growth at the Labour Fund “Tamkeen” stated: “By refining and enhancing their practical skills, we provide them with better opportunities in the labor market and contribute to greater career prospects through salary increments and promotions.”
In addition, Mona Al Moayyed, Managing Director of Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons, emphasized that the company’s vision is centered on placing national talent in various roles, recognizing their high productivity and ability to perform assigned tasks efficiently. She added, “ This support has also given us a valuable opportunity to identify and recruit qualified individuals through our on-the-job training program, many of whom have joined our workforce after completing their training.”
