CBRE named marketing consultants for GEMS Tower
CBRE, a real estate advisory firm, has been appointed as the exclusive leasing and marketing consultants for GEMS Tower, Bahrain International Investment Park, by Gulf Electronic Management Systems Co WLL. Effective immediately, the deal was signed by Dr. Amar Mahmood, CEO, GEMS Co WLL, and Steve Mayes, Director, CBRE Bahrain. Heather Longden, Associate Director, CBRE Bahrain and Prashant Arolkar, Accountant, GEMS Co WLL were also present.
