UAE Exchange waives off transfer fee for flood victims
UAE Exchange has waived off commission for money transfers to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, Tamil Nadu State and Prime Minister’s Relief Fund, India.
The move is part of the brand’s initiative towards helping victims of floods in Chennai. People, willing to donate money, can walk in to any branches of UAE Exchange to send money to designated bank accounts for free. Speaking on the occasion, Promoth Manghat, CEO, UAE Exchange, said, “UAE Exchange has always been the first to stand up for helping the victims of natural disasters. Now when Chennai is affected by floods, we have responded again. As part of our efforts to help the flood victims, we have waived off the commission for all remittances to “Chief Minister’s Relief Fund” Tamil Nadu State, India and “Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund” India, so that more people can reach out with more funds in the need of the hour. Those willing to donate for this cause can walk in to any UAE Exchange branch and send money for free.”
