Eid Al Fitr set to begin tomorrow

Bahrain will celebrate the first day of Eid Al Fitr tomorrow, corresponding to April 10, the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) announced.
The moon-sighting panel, which comprised scholars Shaikh Adnan bin Abdulla Al Qattan, Dr. Shaikh Fareed Yacoub Al Meftah, Dr. Shaikh Ibrahim Al Muraikhi and Shaikh Rashid bin Hassan Al Buainain, convened yesterday evening, the 29th of Ramadhan, 1445 AH, corresponding to April 8, 2024, to receive reports and testimonies regarding the sighting of the Shawwal moon.
