Bahraini MP calls for joint Arab action on Gaza

Bahraini MP Dr. Maryam Al-Dhaen said that the Arab League constitutes an Arab framework expressing the desire of the Arab nations and its peoples for unity and solidarity, She expressed her hope to activate and develop mechanisms for joint Arab action as an urgent necessity to confront the current challenges and difficulties and the events the region is witnessing in Gaza.

This came in a statement on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Arab League, which falls on March 22, where Al-Dhaen called for the necessity of unifying and intensifying the efforts of the Arab League, unifying joint Arab action, especially with regard to crucial Arab issues, and working tirelessly to achieve the aspirations and hopes of the Arab peoples.

Al-Dhaen indicated that the position of the Kingdom of Bahrain is firm and firm in defending common Arab interests, by enhancing Arab cooperation, integration and coordination, and preserving unity of ranks, speech, and Arab reunification. Al-Dhaen appreciated the role played by the Arab League in improving the Arab parliamentary system by establishing the Arab Parliament to be the main incubator for Arab parliamentary expertise to develop parliamentary work in service of Arab issues.
