Bahrain Post obtains ISO certificate

Bahrain Post at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications successfully renewed the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification after passing all the requirements according to international standards.
Her Excellency Maryam Adnan Al Ansari, Undersecretary for Land Transportation and Post, expressed her pride in all the employees who contributed to the success of the audit process.
She noted that the achievement was the result of sincere efforts and diligent work by the various postal departments to improve performance.
Bahrain Post is constantly working to develop the quality of services provided to customers to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction, she added. Al Ansari affirmed that renewing the certificate proved to maintain high quality standards and excellence in performance.
