Bahrain keen to promote youth empowerment: HH Shaikh Khalid

Bahrain attaches great importance to youth empowerment. This was stressed by His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), President of the General Sports Authority (GSA) and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), in a statement.
He praised the youth’s potential to succeed in all fields. HH Shaikh Khalid was speaking as he attended the final ceremony of the youth entrepreneurship forum (Micro Shabab) fifth edition, which came to a close yesterday at the University of Bahrain’s Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa Hall.
The Future Society for Youth organised the three-day event under the patronage of HH Shaikh Khalid. He paid tribute to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, hailing his commitment to supporting and investing in youth through strategies implemented by the Government.
