Bangladesh celebrates 52nd National Day

The 52nd Bangladesh National Day celebration was held at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel under the auspices of Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Undersecretary for Political Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Dignitaries attended the event, which was hosted by Bangladesh Ambassador H.E. Dr. Mohammed Nazrul Islam. “Over the past two years, Bangladesh has made significant progress in the economic and social sectors, achieving a three-billion-dollar economy in less than three years,” Dr. Islam said.
He thanked Bahrain for its extraordinary support. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed bin Abdulla commended the development of Bangladesh’s food security, business, and pharmaceutical sectors, saying: “Development in those industries enhances the strong economic activities in Bahrain and Bangladesh.”
