High Appeals Court orders man to pay BD5,629 unsettled EWA bills

The High Appeals Court has ordered a Bahraini man to settle BD5,629.950 which he owes to the Electric and Water Authority (EWA) since 2014.
The defendant has reportedly stopped settling the water and electricity bills from 2014 until September 2021.
EWA has resorted to the court to force the defendant to clear his debts.
However, he neglected the court hearings. The court confirmed the verdict.
