Bizarre incidents of men sitting on road

Two bizarre incidents of men sitting in the middle of the road were captured in camera in the past two days. Residents were perplexed by two separate incidents involving men sitting in middle of busy roads. In the first incident, a man was seen sitting in middle of a road in Istiqlal highway. When a video clip of the incident was captured and posted online, netizens expressed their outrage since nobody tried to help the man. They also expressed concern that the man might have been injured.

Vehicles could be seen passing by but none of cars stopped to ensure the safety of the man. The man recording the video of the incident was describing the situation but did not seem to be keen on helping him. The video ends with the man still on the road. The person behind the camera was criticized as well as the unconcerned motorists. “They should all be ashamed of themselves! That is absolutely awful. Clearly the man was in despair. No regard for human life whatsoever,” a user said. “What a world we live in, quick to record, yet very slow in helping,” another user remarked. The next incident was filmed by a motorist who was yelling at the man for sitting on the road. “What is happening to these guys, why do they want to kill themselves? Get off the road dammit,” the man yelled. At the end, he pointed at a helicopter and claimed that it was watching the scene.
