Mathematics honour for ISB student
Bala Srivatsav Yerramilli, a student of class X of the ISB, is one of the winners of the Aryabhata Ganit Challenge, a national level test conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education for students of classes 8 to 10.
The ‘Ganit’ Challenge is aimed at promoting mathematical competencies needed to face the challenges of the twenty-first Century and promoting joyful learning of mathematics among students.
The Aryabhata test focused on the extent to which children can apply mathematics to their daily life.
ISB Chairman Prince S Natarajan, Secretary Saji Antony and Principal V R Palaniswamy congratulated Bala Srivatsav on his achievement.
