Donate blood for a good cause
‘Together We Care’ in cooperation with Salmaniya Blood Bank and One Bahrain Hospitality will conduct their fourth annual blood donation camp.
The camp will be held on the 15th of August 2018 from 08:00 am to 11:00 am at the Salmaniya Medical Hospital premises.
Dawn Caparas, Operation Supervisor at One Bahrain Hospitality Bahrain told Tribune, “Together We Care is the community service platform of One Bahrain Hospitality and ITICO. The platform was created, as we wanted to unite the people and our associates to actively participate in community services,”
“This is our fourth annual blood donation camp and we are calling out all the individuals in Bahrain to come and support this noble cause. Last year there were about 25 people who donated blood and we are expecting above 40 people to donate blood from our associates this year.”
“We urge everyone to come forward and donate blood. Blood is the most precious gift that anyone can offer. This may sound cliché but, whenever we donate blood, we do not only help other people but are also helping ourselves,” Ms Dawn added.
