Suspect remanded
Manama : Chief Prosecutor of the Capital Governorate Mohammed Al Maliki said the Public Prosecution received a notification from the Cyber Crime Directorate about a suspect who had posted defamatory tweets on Twitter.
The Public Prosecution launched an investigation into the incident, questioned the suspect and confronted him with evidence. It remanded him in custody pending investigation in preparation to continue legal procedures.
