Ensure ‘high quality’ public services: HRH the Premier

Manama : His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa yesterday gave directives to ensure ‘high-quality services’ for people in all governorates of the Kingdom. 

Speaking while visiting Al-Naim region, HRH the Prime Minister told Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, Essam Khalaf to identify the needs of the citizens regarding housing, municipal, youth centres and sports services and to submit them to the Cabinet session. 

This came as HRH the Premier inspected the proposed site for building a model youth centre to serve the local citizens. HRH the Prime Minister, while chairing the regular weekly Cabinet session on March 5, gave directives to establish a model youth centre that serves Al-Naim citizens. 

During the visit, the Prime Minister called for the need to achieve the highest levels of quality and efficiency while building service facilities. 

The Premier also directed the Minister of Works to visit the Naim area, in line with the government’s interest in ensuring that all regions of the kingdom have access to sufficient high-quality services.

Minister of Works pointed out that his Ministry is currently forming a teamwork to follow up on the needs of the Al-Naim region, in particular, adding that some of those needs require studies to provide suitable sites for service projects.
