Futsal League: Technical Committee continues preparations

Manama : The Technical Committee for the fifth edition of the Khalid bin Hamad Futsal League for Youth Centres, People with Disabilities and Girls, continues preparations and adding the final touches to launch the competitions. 

Ali Saeed, head of the Technical Committee said that the final schedule has been issued and final regulations have been adopted, in addition to implementing them for the participating teams.

The league will be held from July 24 till August 23 under the slogan #meeting_of_generations at Khalid Sports City Hall, organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs in cooperation with the Media Office of  Supreme Council for Youth & Sport First Vice Chairman and Bahrain Royal  Equestrian & Endurance   Federation President HH   Shaikh  Khalid bin Hamad  Al  Khalifa, as part of his initiatives in the sports and humanitarian fields.

Saeed pointed out the technical committee gives a great deal of importance to the technical arrangements before the start of the league and to ensure the success of the event. 

This event comprises 36 youth centre teams, 8 teams of people with disabilities and 6 girls teams and the committee will issue special cards for each team including staff, administrators, technicians and players to help with identification and organisational matters.

Saeed stressed that the preparations to hold the draw in the middle of this month continue and said it will be held in eight groups.
