Burnout thrills Friday

ManamaMotorsport fans can look forward to another busy weekend as Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) hosts Burnout tomorrow in Sakhir, which is one of the most popular events at BIC throughout the year.

Drivers from Bahrain and across the GCC are invited to line up and take part in the event. It is open to thrill seekers of all skill levels, and it offers a unique kind of spectacle with the sight of rapidly rising white smoke and the smell of burning rubber.

Action will be from 2.30pm and continues until 9pm along BIC’s car parks one, two, four, five and six. Those interested in taking part may register from 2pm onwards.

Entrants’ cars must meet specific eligibility criteria to take part and an entry fee of BD7 per driver must be paid. Those wishing to get a taste of the action as a passenger may do so for a fee of BD4.

Spectators will be able to watch for BD2 and VIP access to the event is BD10.
