THE BEAUTY BLOOPERS: Lip gloss is annoyingly sticky!

Enough of the lip gloss! When I was younger, I used to think it served a natural look, but really, all it does is make your lips annoyingly sticky and kind of gross in the end, when all the dust particles have stuck onto your lips. Later on, I realized that no matter how timid or shy you look, a dark shade of lipstick is always eye catching, whether it be intimidating or just plain bold. Wear it during the daytime if you wish and defy the natural order if you will!  -Burda S.

Let’s face it; some skins are much more sensitive than others. My experience with a facial mask product in the past was horrific. I ended up with a redness reaction from the chemicals of the product.  I decided to just shy away from all that. Now, I have a homemade turmeric facemask to rely on, with yogurt , lemon, honey, etc. It never fails to radiate a glowing and acne-free face. -Marwa K.

I realized that faux lashes aren’t really great for everyone after my experience with having individual hairs glued onto my eyelids, which is the really expensive option for a really a short amount of time to a week. It can be quite a hassle to maintain, since you can’t wash your eyes with water. You also have to be careful when you sleep and you get this heavy feeling on your eyelids. In just three days, I couldn’t stand them and just removed them.  -Elle M.
