Under the directives of His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Commander of the National Guard, units and battalions from the National Guard will carry out a large-scale training exercise on Sunday, June 22. The drill will take place at the National Guard camps in both the northern and southern sectors of the Kingdom.

The exercise, which focuses on deployment readiness, battle procedures, and evacuation operations, is designed to assess the leadership, coordination, and strategic planning abilities of commanders. It also aims to test the readiness of troops to handle real-time operational challenges, ensure effective communication systems, and strengthen joint field coordination among units.

Major General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the National Guard, highlighted that the institution continues to grow stronger under the leadership and vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and with the continuous guidance of the National Guard President.

He emphasized that the National Guard has reached high levels of efficiency, readiness, and development across all units in a short span of time. This preparedness ensures that it remains a steadfast defender of the Kingdom, ready to protect its people, safeguard national achievements, and uphold the security of all residents.
