Shifa Group offers aid to killed woman’s family
Manama : Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Group in GCC, has extended help to the family of Jisha, who was brutally murdered in Perumbavoor, Kerala, India.
In a press release yesterday, Chairman Dr. KT Rabeeulla said that Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Group will provide five cent of land to construct a house and Rs 3 lakh to Jisha’s mother as assistance.
According to the statement, the whole society is shocked and saddened by the brutal murder of the woman. The post-mortem report of the deceased reveals that she was brutally and sexually assaulted before she died, similar to the infamous 2012 Delhi gang-rape. She was staying with her mother in a dilapidated hut.
Expressing deep shock and grief at the incident, the Chairman said: “Riyad Shifa Al Jazeera Poly Clinic CEO Ashraf Vengat, Ruwi Shifa Al Jazeera Poly Clinic general Manager Zaakir, and media vice president E. Satheesh will disburse the assistance.” “They will visit her mother soon,” he added.
