KHCB, Tamkeen assist micro-biz
Manama : Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) has participated in Tamkeen’s second edition of ‘Kun Muntajan’ held in the beginning of March.
The initiative comes with an aim to help micro-businesses to become more aware of the support and solutions available to them.
A gathering of 150 micro-business owners that included Instagram and homebased sellers were invited to actively learn what tools & financials solutions KHCB would offer to help further develop their businesses.
During the event, Bahrain-based Islamic bank licensed by the CBB promoted the E-dinar, which is basically a payment gateway that is available on KHCB website and enables all account holders to top up their accounts and credit cards by debiting their ATM accounts from any bank in Bahrain. The concept of E-dinar comes as a very supportive tool for this sector.
