Nissan Bahrain shines in skill contest
Manama: Nissan Bahrain yesterday announced that three of its staff members won accolades at the Nissan Middle East Regional Contest 2015-2016 held in Dubai recently.
Nissan International Service Technician Contest (NISTEC), Nissan International Service Advisory Contest (NISAC) and the Nissan International Parts Executive Contest (NIPEC) were the segments in which competitions were held.
Amandeep Singh Kundi won the ‘Best in Chassis Diagnosis & Periodic Maintenance’ in the NISTEC segment, while Nithin Shetty was a bronze winner in the NISAC segment. In the NIPEC contest, Rethish PP emerged as the bronze winner.
S.Sreekumar, Senior Service manager, Nissan Bahrain said, “It’s a good experience for our staff to experience these types of contests simply because it gives them exposure and puts into perspective where we stand in terms of competence and standards with other Nissan dealerships in the region.”
These contest are held annually by Nissan at pan GCC level, to hone the skills and enhance the performance of employees across the region.
