FDPM invites application
Applications have been invited for the prestigious FDPM Fellowship programme, which is now in its second edition.
According to a statement by the office of the First Deputy Prime Minister, candidates can submit applications for the programme until March 7. Applications will be evaluated and selected on an equal opportunity basis.
This year’s Fellowship will be open to all government employees below managerial level, the statement added. Around 600 candidates applied for last year’s programme.
Commenting on the programme, Director General of the Office of the FDPM, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa said the programme reflects the vision of Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, in empowering the Kingdom’s youth and investing in future generations.
The programme will help the participants develop analytical, leadership and creative skills, which would contribute in improving government performance and achieving Bahrain’s overall development goals, he added.
