Equal Opportunities Committee Reviews Workplace Inclusion Efforts
The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Ministry of Social Development held its regular meeting, chaired by Enas Mohammed Al Majed, Assistant Undersecretary for Community Development and Chairperson of the committee.
During the meeting, Al Majed highlighted the importance of continuing efforts to support initiatives that promote equal opportunities, improve institutional performance, and advance the ministry’s strategic objectives.
The committee reviewed its agenda and discussed several topics focused on strengthening equal opportunity principles within the workplace, in line with the ministry’s approved policies and procedures.
Members also emphasised the importance of maintaining a supportive work environment that ensures fairness, enhances employee engagement, and contributes to the ministry’s ongoing development efforts.
