MP Marks UAE Union Pledge Day
MP Basema Mubarak has marked the UAE’s Union Pledge Day by praising the federation’s founding vision and the close ties between Manama and Abu Dhabi.
She said the day recalled the founders’ work to build a strong modern state based on unity and shared action, while laying the ground for the welfare of future generations.
Ms Mubarak said the occasion also showed the depth of Bahrain’s ties with the UAE across political, economic and social fields. She said relations between the two countries continued to
grow under the care of their leaders. The MP also praised the UAE’s growth across a range of sectors, saying it had raised the country’s standing in the region and abroad.
She said the UAE continued to play an active part in supporting security and stability across the region.
Ms Mubarak offered her congratulations to the UAE’s leaders and people and wished them further
progress and prosperity.
