Youth City 2030 Opens Largest Edition

The activities of Youth City 2030 will open tomorrow, marking the launch of the largest edition in the history of the national youth empowerment initiative, organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs in cooperation with strategic partner the Labour Fund (Tamkeen).

Over the past 15 years, Youth City 2030 has established itself as one of Bahrain’s leading programmes dedicated to developing young talent, providing a platform for skills development, creativity and preparing Bahraini youth to contribute effectively to the Kingdom’s development journey.

What began as an ambitious initiative has evolved into a national platform that has helped thousands of young Bahrainis discover their potential, gain professional skills and transform their ideas into opportunities and success stories.

The programme has grown beyond being a summer training initiative, becoming a space for innovation, personal development and career preparation, connecting young people’s ambitions with the skills needed to achieve their goals.

Throughout its journey, Youth City 2030 has reflected Bahrain’s belief that investment in people is the foundation of sustainable development, with youth representing one of the Kingdom’s greatest assets and a driving force for future progress.

The 15th edition continues to be guided by the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain, which places human development and youth empowerment at the heart of national progress.

Through its programmes and initiatives, Youth City 2030 continues to create opportunities, nurture talent and support the emergence of a generation of capable young Bahrainis ready to shape the future.
