Capital Police Chief Visits Mourning Halls to Strengthen Community Ties
The Director General of the Capital Governorate Police Directorate carried out visits to several mourning halls across the governorate as part of efforts to strengthen community partnership and enhance direct communication with citizens.
His Excellency Brigadier Issa Hassan Al-Qattan, Director General of the Capital Governorate Police Directorate, met with organizers of the mourning ceremonies as well as local residents during the visits. He listened to their feedback, needs, and suggestions related to community and service matters.
Brigadier Al-Qattan underlined the commitment of the Capital Governorate Police Directorate to maintaining open communication channels with different segments of society. He emphasized that such engagement contributes to improving security services and reinforcing public safety and trust within the community.
The visit is aligned with the Ministry of Interior’s broader approach to strengthening community engagement and ensuring that citizens’ needs are understood directly through field interaction. This approach aims to enhance cooperation between security agencies and the public, while promoting shared responsibility in maintaining security and social cohesion.
