MANAMA: The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the recent terrorist bombing that targeted a train in Quetta, Balochistan, resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries, including Pakistani military personnel.
In an official statement, Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed deep condolences to the victims' families and the government of Pakistan.
The powerful explosion struck a transport hub in southwestern Pakistan as passengers, including soldiers returning from an infantry school, prepared to board. The outlawed Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the devastating assault, which tore through a crowded platform and triggered a regional emergency.
Bahrain explicitly reiterated its firm stance against all forms of terrorism, criminal acts, and violence that threaten international security and stability. Manama emphasized its solidarity with Islamabad during this crisis, advocating for global cooperation to eliminate extremist factions operating in the region.
