Interior Minister Receives US Ambassador
General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, received Stephanie Hallett, Ambassador of the United States to the Kingdom of Bahrain, during a meeting held in Manama.
Lieutenant General Tariq bin Hassan Al Hassan, Chief of Police, attended the meeting.
The Interior Minister praised the close relations and strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United States, highlighting continued cooperation across various fields, particularly in security and law enforcement.
Both sides discussed ongoing bilateral security cooperation programmes and explored ways to further enhance coordination and exchange expertise in areas of joint security work.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of Bahrain and the United States to strengthening cooperation in support of mutual interests and regional security.
