The Indian Ladies Association (ILA) has announced a photography competition themed “I Love Bahrain,” inviting all women residents of the Kingdom to participate. The initiative aims to celebrate the deep appreciation, safety, and stability that residents enjoy in Bahrain.

The competition encourages participants to capture the essence of the Kingdom through their own lenses—focusing on its vibrant culture, peaceful neighborhoods, modern infrastructure, natural beauty, and the renowned hospitality of the Bahraini community. Each entry is intended to be a personal expression of gratitude and belonging.

“This initiative is more than a photography contest—it is a heartfelt gesture of solidarity and appreciation,” said Smitha Jensen, President of the Indian Ladies Association. She emphasized that the association values the efforts of Bahrain’s leadership and authorities in ensuring harmony and protection for all residents.

Following a brief pause in activities, the competition also seeks to re-engage the community through creativity and shared values. The ILA encourages women from all walks of life to participate and celebrate Bahrain not just as a place of residence, but as a home they truly cherish.
