Arrest warrants against witnesses in murder case

Arrest warrants have been issued against witnesses who have failed to appear in the courtroom to give evidence in the trial of a young Bahraini man implicated in a murder case. The 20-year-old deliberately crashed his car against his victim who was riding a bike, according to court files. The latter, aged in his 40s, was declared dead at the scene,  but the 20-year-old fled the scene before he surrendered himself to the police later.

It’s said that the duo was carrying bad blood against each other, which was down to the defendant’s habit of drifting his car in the village of Demistan where they were residing.

The victim reportedly tried to advise the defendant on several occasions not to do it before taking the issue to his family.
