Italy Reaffirms Support for Bahrain
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received Andrea Catalano, Ambassador of the friendly Republic of Italy to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The King reaffirmed the depth of the strategic partnership and long-standing friendship between the two countries, expressing Bahrain’s commitment to further developing cooperation across various fields. He also praised the ambassador’s efforts in supporting and enhancing relations, wishing him continued success.
Appreciation For his part, the Italian ambassador expressed his appreciation to the King for his role in advancing relations between the two countries. He reiterated Italy’s condemnation of the recent Iranian attacks on the territory of Bahrain and reaffirmed his country’s solidarity with Bahrain, supporting all measures taken to safeguard its sovereignty, security, stability, and the safety of its citizens.
