Alba Confirms Facility Targeted in Iranian Attack; Two Employees Injured
Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) has confirmed that its facility was subjected to an attack attributed to Iran yesterday, according to an official statement.
The company said the safety and security of its employees remains its highest priority, adding that two staff members sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident.
“Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) is assessing the extent of the damage to its facilities and remains focused on maintaining its operational resilience and the safety of its employees. The company will provide further updates, as required, in due course,” the statement added.
Investigations and damage assessments are currently underway as operations continue with a focus on stability and workforce safety.
