Oral Health Collaboration Key to Better Services

Dr. Jalila bint Al-Sayyid Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, received Dr. Abbas Al-Fardan, President of the Bahrain Dental Society, along with several members of the association.

During the meeting, the Minister emphasized the importance of collaboration between the Ministry and professional associations to continue enhancing preventive and therapeutic health services. She highlighted that investing in awareness programs is a key pillar for improving the quality of healthcare services provided to the community.

Dr. Hassan also acknowledged the professional and scientific role of the Bahrain Dental Society in organizing conferences and specialized events, and supporting national dental professionals to keep pace with the latest scientific developments. She reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to supporting the association in achieving its objectives.

Dr. Abbas Al-Fardan praised the Ministry of Health’s significant role in strengthening the healthcare system, especially in oral health. He confirmed the association’s commitment to continued collaboration to enhance healthcare quality and reinforce Bahrain’s position in the health sector.
