HRH Crown Prince Honours ‘Fikra’ Innovation Finalists

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, affirmed that the people of Bahrain, as part of Team Bahrain, continue to demonstrate their national competence and pioneering spirit, proving their ability to achieve high-quality accomplishments that advance national development toward greater prosperity and progress.

HRH noted that the Kingdom of Bahrain remains committed to fostering an environment that encourages creativity and innovation, while supporting groundbreaking ideas that enrich development pathways and strengthen the Kingdom’s comprehensive development journey under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

This came during a meeting held today at Gudaibiya Palace, attended by Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Minister of Finance and National Economy Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa. HRH met with the 12 finalists of the seventh edition of the Government Innovation Competition (Fikra).

HRH congratulated the finalists, praising the quality and originality of their ideas, which reflect the awareness, sense of national responsibility, and capability of Bahraini talent to contribute effectively to the development of various sectors.

He expressed pride in every national effort made across different fields in service of the Kingdom, wishing all participants continued excellence and success in further enhancing the government work system. HRH underscored the importance of transforming innovative ideas into practical projects that generate further growth and prosperity, benefiting both the nation and its citizens while strengthening the sustainability of development achievements.
