HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister Meets IISS Trustee Chair
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with Lord Mark Sedwill, Chair of the Trustees and a Member of the Advisory Council of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), at Riffa Palace.
During the meeting, His Royal Highness underscored the importance of strengthening cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and leading international research and policy institutions, including the IISS. He highlighted the value of this partnership, particularly in the context of preparations for the IISS Manama Dialogue, one of the world’s most prominent international security forums.
Lord Mark Sedwill expressed his appreciation for His Royal Highness’s continued support in enhancing cooperation between Bahrain and the IISS. He also conveyed his best wishes for the Kingdom’s continued progress and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court.
