BTEA and Unesco boost cooperation

A delegation from the Bahrain Tourism & Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) met with members of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) to expand cooperation in cultural tourism, heritage preservation, and the promotion of Bahrain’s tourism assets.
The meeting reviewed areas of collaboration and explored new opportunities to strengthen cooperation, particularly in cultural tourism and heritage conservation. The meeting also addressed initiatives aimed at raising international awareness of Bahrain and showcasing the Kingdom’s diverse tourism offerings.
