Manama: The Arab Open University (AOU) – Bahrain is reinforcing its position as a champion of women’s empowerment, with women now occupying 50% of senior leadership positions and making up 46% of its total workforce. Beyond leadership statistics, the university has launched impactful initiatives to support career growth, including the American Corner and a strategic partnership with the Playbook platform to provide professional mentorship.
