HH Shaikh Nasser Hosts U.S. Congress Delegation

His Royal Highness Lieutenant-General Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Advisor for National Security and Commander of the Royal Guard, received a delegation from the U.S. Congress led by Representative James Moylan. The meeting was attended by Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Deputy National Security Advisor, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, Head of the Strategic Security Agency.

During the meeting, HRH Sheikh Nasser highlighted the importance of the strong and longstanding relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States. He emphasized the ongoing commitment to developing bilateral cooperation across various fields in a manner that serves shared interests and supports regional security and stability.

The discussions also covered a range of topics of mutual concern, including updates on regional and international developments, and explored opportunities to enhance cooperation in the coming period across multiple sectors.
