Bahrain’s Public Administration Institute Gains National Accreditation

Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Public Administration Institute (PAI), emphasized the institute’s commitment to aligning with Bahrain’s national vision to position the Kingdom among the world’s leaders in administrative excellence. She highlighted that the institute’s key priorities focus on aligning training programs with international standards, enhancing institutional performance, and supporting national aspirations.

This announcement coincides with the institute’s achievement of institutional inclusion in the National Qualifications Framework, accredited by the Education & Training Quality Authority.

Dr. Shaikha Rana explained that this inclusion reflects the continuous efforts of the institute’s team to build an internal system that ensures training programs meet current demands while anticipating future ambitions. The accreditation further enhances the institute’s role as a certified center for providing training services to both the public and private sectors in Bahrain, supporting sustainable development across various fields.

“The development of national workforce capabilities in both public and private sectors is a core objective of the institute,” Dr. Sheikha Rana said. “Through our training programs, we aim to satisfy employees and all stakeholders alike, with outcomes that positively impact both individuals and institutions.” She added that PAI continually strives to offer programs that meet the highest global standards.
