Bahrain, Hong Kong Strengthen Economic Ties
Bahrain reaffirmed its commitment to expanding global partnerships as His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, received Mr. Oscar Shiu, the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Hong Kong.
During the meeting, Shaikh Salman welcomed the Honorary Consul and praised the strong, steadily growing relationship between Bahrain and Hong Kong. He emphasized the mutual dedication of both sides to enhancing cooperation—especially in financial and economic sectors where opportunities continue to rise.
The Minister highlighted Mr. Shiu’s pivotal contributions in strengthening bilateral collaboration and supporting initiatives that align with the shared ambitions of both economies. The discussion reflected a joint vision to drive the partnership toward broader and more dynamic horizons.
