HRH Prince Salman Praises Public Sector Dedication
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent an email to all public sector employees today, expressing his heartfelt appreciation for their continued dedication and service to the Kingdom.
In his message, His Royal Highness commended the vital contributions of Bahrain’s public sector employees across all government entities in driving forward the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad praised the national workforce for their unwavering commitment and excellence in implementing government programmes and initiatives, noting that they form the cornerstone of Bahrain’s ongoing progress.
“The excellence and creativity of Bahrain’s public sector employees are key enablers of improved government performance and the realisation of the Kingdom’s development goals,” His Royal Highness stated, reaffirming his confidence in their ability to continue presenting innovative ideas and quality initiatives that enhance government services for citizens and residents alike.
His Royal Highness also highlighted the launch of the seventh edition of the Government Innovation Competition (Fikra), which invites all public sector employees to submit innovative ideas aimed at improving government efficiency and performance.
The competition seeks to nurture creativity and innovation within the public sector, providing employees a platform to contribute to the Kingdom’s ongoing journey of progress.
