He also highlighted government initiatives, guided by HH Crown Prince Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to develop the sector and encourage private investment.

The Minister commended the partnership with the National Initiative for Agricultural Development, chaired by HRH Shaikha Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, and the support of STC Bahrain, which contributes to the market’s success and promotes local products.

This season, the market will host 32 local farmers, along with agricultural companies, nurseries, and apiaries.
