10th Bahrain International Dental Conference Kicks Off on October 16 Bringing Together Leading Global Experts

The Kingdom of Bahrain is preparing to host the 10th edition of the Bahrain International Dental Conference and Exhibition (DLS10), which will take place from 16 to 18 October at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel in Manama. The event will bring together an elite group of dentists, experts, and specialists from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, Italy, and the United Kingdom, with the objective of exchanging expertise and discussing the latest advancements in dental science and technology.
The three-day scientific programme will feature a comprehensive series of lectures and workshops covering the latest developments in the field of dentistry. Participants will address a wide range of topics, including digital dentistry, artificial intelligence in diagnosis and treatment, orthodontic management for individuals with cleft lip and palate, oral and maxillofacial care for sickle cell patients, and the use of laser technology in dentistry. The sessions will also focus on periodontal diseases, pediatric dental conditions, orthodontics, and dental implants, providing a platform for in-depth scientific dialogue and professional exchange.
Dr. Mohammed Shahda, President of the Conference, affirmed that the tenth edition marks a significant milestone, representing a decade of continued success, and stated, “This conference embodies our ongoing commitment to advancing the medical field in the Kingdom of Bahrain and reinforcing its position as a regional center for medical tourism and excellence in dentistry. We continue to build on the achievements of previous editions to provide an international scientific platform that integrates academic excellence with practical expertise.”
For her part, Dr. Azhar Naseeb, Honorary Chair of the Conference’s Scientific Committee, noted that this scientific event aims to enable dentists to keep pace with the latest technical and academic innovations in the field, and emphasized that this year’s programme is rich in scientific content and aligned with the most recent global developments in dentistry, contributing to the enhancement of practitioners’ skills and the overall quality of dental care provided to patients.
The conference will conclude on 18 October with an official closing ceremony at 12:15 p.m. at the Radisson Blu Diplomat Hotel, attended by distinguished medical figures and representatives of participating entities from various countries.
